• Throttlestop is a small but very useful utility with which you can adjust the voltages of processor components, edit power consumption limits, and monitor and eliminate the causes of performance degradation. The program is especially relevant for laptops, as it can noticeably reduce processor heating, prevent throttling, and increase battery life. You can also use Throttlestop on PCs for under-voting and fine-tuning performance.

The utility only supports Intel processors. Version 9.5 is compatible with most mobile and desktop models from Core2Duo up to 12th generation Core i (Adler Lake). Most of the functionality will also work on the 13th generation (Raptor Lake).
