- official HWiNFO is a free tool that shows you detailed information about your computer’s hardware. You can use it to:
Learn the name and model of your hardware components; Identify the hardware ID; See the technical specifications of each part;
Monitor the temperature of the CPU, GPU, motherboard, hard drive, etc; Test the performance of your computer hardware.
The program has versions for 32- and 64-bit systems, and also a portable version.
View system information Select your device on the left side of the window. Then on the right side, you will see different information about it:
brand name; model firmware version; serial number; module frequency; device code, and more:
Summary Click the Summary button to show a summary of the system. It shows important characteristics of the computer. You can see:
motherboard model, chipset, BIOS version; current CPU frequency, number of cores, socket, multiplier; RAM module size and number; video adapter memory size and type, etc:
Sensor Details Click the "Sensors" button at the top of the screen to view system sensor information:
CPU, graphics card, motherboard, hard drives temperature; CPU and RAM usage; voltage information, timings, multipliers, etc.
Test Click the Benchmark button on the toolbar at the top of the window. Click the Start button to start the test:
